Here are some helpful things you may want to remember for your large wedding.
Most guests tend to come in days ahead of time and many have never visited the city you live in. Here are some helpful things to remember for your guests....
Sit them next to those who they may know, but always remember never to sit them next too people they may not get along with.
Give your guests a map or tourism information that may help ocupy their time as they wait on the celebration. You will be much to busy to be there every minute of the day and this helpful information will help keep your guests occupied while they are waiting.
Give detailed driving directions to the church. A printed map coppied or a very well drawn map will be helpful.\
Give your guests a list of phone numbers to help keep them in touch if need be. You don't want someone lost downtown that can't find help in getting home.
Keep your guests involved as you may not be able to speek to everyone on your wedding day. Have everyone sign a few books of rememberance to let them say what they were unable to tell you at the wedding. Pass around a video camera for people to talk on while saying great things to the new bride and groom. Give disposable cameras with a stamped envelope to certain guests for them to develope and send copies back to you.
Pre-make thankyou notes with everyones names on them. Make sure beforehand that you have the correct information. The bridal party can help create these for you.
